IMART2025 春 国際商談会へようこそ！
We have refined the IMART Global Business Meeting, which was held for the first time last November. Based on feedback from participants, we are holding the event in May, which was the most popular timing. Additionally, we have introduced a new ticketing system for participation. Our goal is to create a platform where not only manga, but also Webtoons, short dramas, and various entertainment businesses can smoothly expand across borders. We look forward to your participation.
2024年11月にはじめて開催したIMART国際商談会をブラッシュアップしました。前回参加者のアンケートから最も支持された5月開催を実行し、参加方法も新たなチケット制を導入しました。漫画はもちろん、Webtoonやショートドラマなど、様々なエンターテイメントビジネスが国境超えてスムーズに広がる場を目指しております。どうぞ奮ってご参加ください。

Please purchase your ticket via Peatix.
After purchasing, you will receive a form via email from the Business Center. Fill out the form with your detailed information and submit it. The more specific you are about your company introduction and desired business partners, the more matching opportunities will arise.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will contain a link that allows you to add or modify information. Once all the required fields are completed, please submit the form as soon as possible. Early submission will help you gain more matching opportunities.
If you have purchased a business meeting table, the Business Center will notify you of your table number (expected in early March).
For those who have purchased tickets, the list of participating companies will be sent via email starting from March. The Business Center will also create a recommended list of companies that match your needs. The delivery schedule is as follows:
This list of participating companies is created based on the forms you filled in at step 2. If you add files or update the text information, the additions and updates will be reflected in the next list distribution.
Based on the list of participating companies, please schedule your meetings independently.
On the day of the event, please bring the QR code from your Peatix email, either printed out or displayed on your smartphone. The staff will scan it at the reception.
At the kickoff party, stickers will be provided at the reception for participants to attach to their clothes, bags, etc. There will be pre-printed keyword stickers, as well as blank ones with pens for personal customization. Feel free to use them to showcase what kind of works or services you offer, which could lead to new connections.
The business meeting venue will open for registration at 9:45 AM. If you arrive earlier, the venue may not be fully prepared, so please wait in the lounge or outside the conference room.
Please be punctual for all scheduled meetings during the business conference.
Staff fluent in English and Japanese will be available at the venue. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
There are no designated break times during the event, so you are welcome to take lunch or other breaks at your convenience. Please note that the Business Meetings will conclude at 6:00 PM each day.

後日、ビジネスセンターからメールで送られてくるフォームに、詳細情報を記載して送信してください。貴社の紹介や求める相手について、できるかぎり具体的に書いていただくことでマッチングの機会が広がります。
フォーム送信後、ビジネスセンターから登録メールアドレスへ内容の確認メールが自動送信されます。このメールには、内容の追加・修正が可能なリンクが含まれています。必須項目を優先して早めに提出し、PR動画のアップロードなどは後から追加で登録されることをお勧めします。
商談テーブルを購入された方は、ビジネスセンターよりテーブル番号をお知らせします。（3月上旬ごろの予定）
チケットを購入いただいた方には、参加企業リストを3月から順次メールでお送りします。ビジネスセンターでは、各社のニーズに合った企業のおすすめリストも作成いたします。 配信スケジュールは以下の通りです。
この参加企業リストは、みなさんに2番で書いていただいたフォームを元に作成します。ファイルを追加したり、テキスト情報を更新された場合は、次のリスト配信時に追加・更新内容が反映されます。
参加企業リストを参考に、ミーティングのアポイントを各自でお取りください。
当日はPeatixのメールに記載されたQRコードを印刷してお持ちいただくか、スマートフォンの画面でお見せください。受付のスタッフが端末でスキャンをします。
キックオフパーティでは、受付に参加者が服やカバンなどに貼ることができるシールを用意します。あらかじめキーワードを印刷したシールもございますし、ペンと白紙のシールも用意しますので、ご自由にお使いください。ご自身がどのような作品やサービスを提供できるのかアピールしていただけると、新しい出会いにつながるかと思います。
商談会会場は午前9:45より受付を開始します。それよりも早くお越しになっても、会場の準備が間に合っていない可能性がありますので、会場（会議室）外のラウンジなどでお待ちください。
商談会での各アポイントにつきまして、ご参加の皆様はどうぞ時間厳守でご協力ください。
商談会会場には英語や日本語に堪能なスタッフを配置しますので、当日会場にて何かご不明な点などあればお気軽にお声掛けください。
会期中は全体での休憩時間を設けていませんので、昼食など各自でご都合の良い時間に取っていただけます。 商談会は18時に終了します。
